Promotional Bridge has a showroom so you can look at products we have done for other clients, see the various imprinting methods and touch the actual products before we even start the ordering process. The first step in receiving the perfect promotional product is to find the right product that suits your goal, brand and budget/
We start the ordering process with a sales order outlining all the details of the promotional item ordered. The sales order includes the item description with picture, the cost of the product, the decoration method, and the logo we will be printing.
After that step is approved, we do a mock-up of your logo on the product. At this point we can make changes to colour, placement, logo or even the product if need be. Sometimes the logo does not turn out like what you had in your head. This step makes sure that does not happen. You will know exactly what you will be receiving.
On larger orders or upon request we can do a pre-production sample. This is a physical sample of the product complete with your logo.
After all these steps, issues can still happen, and occasionally promotional products come in wrong. When this happens, we will re-do the order. Most of the time our clients do not even know this happened as we just redo the order and save ourselves an awkward conversation with an unhappy client.
Bottom line is you will receive what you ordered. Free of defects and exactly as presented. If by chance you don’t received what was promised, we will redo the order.
